Futura acquires Plusline. The new converting landscape

Futura has announed to the market the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Plusline.

In September 2019, the two businesses entered a technical partnership with a view to introducing radical innovations. Today, after just over a year of collaboration and the achievement of excellent results, they have decided to pool their skills and offer cutting-edge solutions to the market through the strengthening of their technical leadership.

Futura and Plusline will maintain their distinct identities but will be united in everyday operations and in the development of increasingly high-performance integrated systems which are capable of satisfying ever-more demanding customer requirements.

The collaboration of the two technical teams over the past year has resulted in Together – the integrated, revolutionary solution which has been enthusiatically received by the market and is due for imminent installations in Europe.

With the synergies consolidated, as the facts bear out, belonging to one big family will give a further driving force to innovation and boost the daily support to customers based on a single and optimized management of spare parts and service.

The goal is ambitious: to continue to create solutions which can change the converting landscape.
