Plusline accelerates global expansion: Matteo Giardini leads the Americas, Carlo Berti strengthens Europe.
Starting in September 2025, Plusline takes a strategic step toward international growth by entrusting two key figures with leadership responsibilities across the American and European markets.

🔹 Matteo Giardini – Sales Director America
A long-standing member of the Plusline team, Matteo now takes charge of commercial operations across the Americas. He will be based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where the company has recently inaugurated a fully equipped showroom featuring all Plusline machine types. This facility is designed to offer American customers a hands-on experience: live demonstrations, technical training, and personalized support.
🔹 Carlo Berti – Sales Director EMEA
With over 40 years of industry experience, Carlo will lead commercial development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. To actively engage European customers, he will leverage Plusline’s R&D center in Bologna and the new facility in Mugnano, replicating the successful support model established in Green Bay. These technology hubs will serve as key venues for presentations, testing, and technical collaboration with partners across the region.
